TIMELINE

When can we start our project?

Projects begin within 30-60 days of contract completion. Our start time depends on scheduling of vendors and the weather.

 

How long will my project take?

Our timelines are project specific. We will provide you with an expected timeline when we understand your scope of work. A rough estimate for new construction is 4-12 months depending on intricacy and project size. For renovations, our timeline can range from 2-8 months depending on intricacy and project size.

 

 

PURCHASING

Can I use a subcontractor of my choice?

We pride ourselves on doing quality work; we are partnered with vendors/subcontractors who we know will meet our expectations. Because we work with our partners frequently, we are able to provide better pricing and also save time on your project. If you have questions regarding this, please contact us directly. 

 

Can I purchase materials outside of your approved supplier list?

We are able to obtain certain discounts as a builder that can be passed to you. Our approved list meets our expectations in regards to quality, customer service, etc. We do not warranty materials that are not from our approved list. If you have questions regarding this, please contact us directly.

 

Is there a way for me to know if I am within my allowance on budget items?

Our approved vendors will provide guidance on what items are within your allowance during design meetings if we are not contracted for design. If your selections are more than the allowance, we will discuss what the upcharge will be. For supplier selections, an allowance is generated from design questionnaire responses. If your selections exceed your allowance, we will inform you prior to purchasing.

 

What items do I have an allowance for?

Electrical and plumbing fixtures, cabinets/countertops, flooring, and landscaping.

 

FINANCIALS

What methods of payments do you accept?

We require all payments to be made via certified check.

 

Will I have to pay all at once for my renovation or new build?

No, we will provide a draw schedule. The draw schedule will detail how much is required and when. Depending on project size, we will have 1-5 draws for the project.
