QS Construction is licensed through the AL Homebuilders Association. Our passion is turning dreams into reality through design and construction. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for our clients. We service Chilton, Shelby, Jefferson, and Tuscaloosa County.

Our Story
Our owner has been working and around construction since his childhood; his father brought him along to residential and commercial sites as early as the age of ten, yes ten! His father's construction company set the foundation for QS Construction.

Alex was a full-time student at The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), working with his father, and a personal trainer for a local gym. During that time as a personal trainer, Alex quickly became the “go to guy” for all of his client’s construction questions because they knew he had been working with his father for years. The conversations quickly turned into job opportunities. He began doing a lot of work for his clients, and his clientele grew. This sparked the birth of QS Construction years ago.

Alex continued to expand his portfolio on the residential side, but decided that he would like to expand his portfolio and gain more knowledge on the commercial side. He began working in the commercial industry as a Construction Project Manager for a large healthcare company with a combined portfolio of 15+ million.

The experiences gained in the residential and commercial industry motivated Alex to invest his time solely into his company, and pursue what he loves. QS Construction is now a reputable company with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
